Every product page shows live stock. If fewer than ten units remain you will see the exact number, and out-of-stock items cannot be added to the cart at all.

Yes, anywhere our couriers reach. You pay the courier once the parcel is in your hands. For large appliances above $1,500 we ask for a small advance to confirm the installation slot.
None. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. Delivery is free above $50 and a flat $5.99 below that, and it is always listed as a separate line before you confirm.
Three to five working days to most destinations. Major metro areas can opt for express delivery in one to two days for $12.99. Groceries usually arrive the next day.
In select cities our own team delivers and installs fridges, inverter ACs and washing machines at no extra cost. Elsewhere the brand's authorised service centre handles installation under warranty.

Seven days from delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Tell us on WhatsApp or by phone, we arrange the pickup ourselves, and the refund is with you within five to seven working days of the item reaching us.
We replace it at our own cost, including the return pickup. Send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we dispatch the correct item the same day wherever stock allows.
Every item comes from an authorised distributor and carries the brand's own warranty card. If an independent check ever shows otherwise, we refund the full amount without argument.
