How we work
Every item comes from an authorised distributor with the brand's own warranty card. If an independent check ever proves otherwise, we refund in full — no argument, no restocking fee.
The price on the page is the price you pay. No inflated 'original price' theatre, no surprise handling fee at the last step of checkout.
Call or message during support hours and a member of our own team picks up. Not a chatbot, not an outsourced call centre.
Our story
2018
We open online with two categories — electronics and home essentials — and a promise to source everything from authorised distributors only.
2021
Fashion, beauty, groceries and toys join the catalog. The store becomes a one-stop monthly shop for thousands of households.
2024
We start our own delivery and installation team for large appliances in major cities, so customers stop waiting on third-party couriers.
2026
Every product on our shelves now ships to over 30 countries, with the same prices, the same warranty and cash on delivery available worldwide.

The fine print, in plain words
Delivery is free on every order above $50. Standard delivery reaches most countries in 3 to 5 working days. Express delivery (1 to 2 days) is available in major metro areas for $12.99. Large appliances are delivered and installed by our own team at no extra cost in select cities.
If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. We arrange the pickup ourselves, and the refund lands back with you within 5 to 7 working days of the item reaching our warehouse.
Everything listed on this site ships worldwide. Order online and pay the courier at your door, or reach out any time — a real person answers.
